- 1 cup + 2 Tbl Water, warm (10 fl oz)
- 2 Tbl Butter, Unsalted, melted
- 1 Tbl Milk Powder, Non-Fat
- 3 cups Bread Flour (sodium free)
- 1-1/4 tsp Yeast
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Set the machine to Dough cycle, and process. (about 90 minutes)
- Once dough is mixed, remove from bread machine, and place in a regular bread pan sprayed with sodium free canola oil spray, and cover with a dish towel to rise.
- While dough is rising, prepare a second batch of dough in the bread machine, allowing it to complete the White Bread cycle.
- Allow first batch of dough to rise for 1 hour, then bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
