Recipe: Low Sodium White Bread (LowSodiumLiving.com)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbl Water, warm (10 fl oz)
  • 2 Tbl Butter, Unsalted, melted
  • 1 Tbl Milk Powder, Non-Fat
  • 3 cups Bread Flour (sodium free)
  • 1-1/4 tsp Yeast 

Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Set the machine to Dough cycle, and process. (about 90 minutes)
  3. Once dough is mixed, remove from bread machine, and place in a regular bread pan sprayed with sodium free canola oil spray, and cover with a dish towel to rise.
  4. While dough is rising, prepare a second batch of dough in the bread machine, allowing it to complete the White Bread cycle.
  5. Allow first batch of dough to rise for 1 hour, then bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Servings: 16 per loaf, 32 total
