- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 med Jalapeño, seeded & minced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 6 ea Taco Shells
Directions:
- Cook chicken in oil in frying pan until cooked on all sides.
- Mix ketchup, vinegar, jalapeño , garlic powder & cumin together. Pour over chicken.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 mins, covered.
- Spoon into taco shells, and top with desired toppings.
- Avocado, peeled and cut into wedges
- Lettuce, shredded
- Cheese, grated
- Sour Cream
