Day One

Welcome.  I decided to make a new blog for those of us wanting (or needing) to reduce the amount of sodium in our diets.  I'm now on the needing to side.

I hope to have recipes I find here, as well as tips on reducing the amount of sodium intake in our meals.

Please feel free to send me any ideas, thoughts, websites, or recipes that may help.
